RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At REV Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to the conditions below.


1. General Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

REV Store reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.


2. Apparel, Footwear & Wearable Accessories

Includes tracksuits, shirts, shorts, shoes, socks, caps, and similar wearable products.

Eligible For

  • Returns & Exchanges within 14 days

Conditions

  • Item must be unused with original tags and packaging
  • Returns for size/fit or change of mind are accepted
  • Customer bears shipping cost for non-defective returns

3. Bags, Bottles & General Accessories

Includes bags, bottles, wallets, gym accessories, and similar products.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • No scratches, marks, or signs of usage
  • Customer bears shipping cost for non-defective returns

4. Hygiene & Personal Care Items

Includes undergarments, compression wear, and similar personal-use items.

Policy

  • Opened or used hygiene items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Defective or incorrect items may be replaced if reported within 48 hours

5. Sports Equipment & Performance Gear

Includes rackets, bats, blades, balls, gloves, protective gear, and similar sports equipment.

Conditions

  • Items must be completely unused and untested
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact REV Store within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.

Once verified, REV Store may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by REV Store

8. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact REV Store support with your order details
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship or deliver the item to the provided address
  4. Item will be inspected before approval

9. Right of Refusal

REV Store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.
