Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Footwear must be tried indoors only, with the box undamaged.
- For hygiene reasons, base layers, socks and mouthguards can only be returned if sealed.
- Customised items (personalised bats, custom-strung rackets) can only be returned if faulty.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp (+92 321 9165555) or email contact@revstore.co with your order number and photos of the item.
- We confirm the return and arrange pickup or share the return address.
- Once the item is received and checked, your exchange ships or your refund is processed within 3–5 working days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover all return costs and ship the replacement on priority — no questions asked.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
